These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iPhone app "SAGASOO" (the "App") provided by Yuichiro Yasui (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- The App automatically creates an account on first launch.
- By linking an Apple account or a Google account, you can carry your records over to a new device.
- You can delete your account from within the App.
2. Posts
- In these Terms, a "hunt" means a single puzzle created by a user by placing and painting the character (Saga) on a stage illustration.
- The rights to hunts you post belong to you. However, the Developer may use posted content to the extent necessary to provide the App (display, distribution, and storage).
- The Developer may hide or delete, without prior notice, any post that has been reported or that violates these Terms.
3. Coins and decorations
- The App includes in-app coins, earned through play and by watching ads, and icon decorations obtained through the gacha and other means.
- Coins and decorations cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, or transferred to others, and are lost when your account is deleted.
- The Developer may change or discontinue, without prior notice, how coins are earned, the contents of the gacha, and the decorations offered.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Posting content that infringes the rights of others, or that is obscene, discriminatory, or violent
- Unauthorized access or interference with the operation of the App
- Decompiling or analyzing the App, or otherwise infringing the Developer's rights
5. Suspension
The Developer may, without prior notice, hide or delete posts, restrict features, or suspend the account of any user who violates, or is likely to violate, these Terms.
6. Changes to and suspension of the service
The Developer may change the App's content, or suspend or terminate the App, without prior notice to users.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is," and the Developer does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continuity.
- The Developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Intellectual property
The rights to the App and the materials it contains (excluding user posts) belong to the Developer or their rightful owners.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's place of residence.
